The community built by Terrortories is based on general enthusiasm to explore the eerie and unknown, reinforced by the encouragement of its members to complete dares and to face their fears. The application is constantly being updated with user generated content through documenting, and uploading footage of haunt spots located by the program. With contributions from the community, Terrortories provides an archive of information about hauntings, myth, and the supernatural on a local to national scale. This database can be accessed by members through their internet browser, or, if they are sitting around a bonfire, trading tales of horror with their friends, their mobile device.
